1. Accepted Payment Methods:

2. Billing Name
In accordance with DOXA WATCHES LTD. in Bienne, Switzerland, your credit card statement will show DOXA watches being the name of the billing company officially authorized to processing and bill all DOXA Internet Sales transactions. Wire transfers should to be directed to our billing partners’ billing account, please email for details if you like to send a check.

3. Credit Card Details
Because of the prevalence of Internet credit card fraud, your correct billing address for the credit card used for your order has to be provided. This address should match¬†the address stored by our credit card processor’s Address Verification Service, which is the one provided by your credit card issuer. If any part of the cardholder’s identity cannot be verified, we will contact you to verify your details.

We reserve the right to refuse any credit card order at our discretion. Please note that in case our customers attempt to use a stolen credit card, we automatically forward all information to the credit card anti-fraud department which will contact the local security authority.

Also, we prefer to ship only to verified billing addresses. We will mail to alternate addresses, but at our discretion, we may opt to mail a copy of the invoice to the credit card billing address, with all shipping and contact information, ten days before your order is shipped to an alternate address.

Please note that your computer IP-Address will be recorded stored for security and verification purposes.

4. Security
We consider security and privacy with the highest degree of importance, therefore, your personal information is respected with the highest degree of confidentiality, and will never be disclosed to any other party for any reason. None of our customers so far has reported fraudulent use of a credit card as a result of purchases made with us.

Our secure server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

To give you an additional layer of security, all credit or debit card numbers are never stored.

5. Return Policy
For security reasons the IP address of the PC from which the order was submitted is tracked, by submitting the secure online order form or sending us a fax order you have a binding contract with DOXA watches LTD.

The ordered product can only be returned for replacement or refund excluding shipping costs within 10 days from the date of receipt.

DOXA watches LTD. will accept returned merchandise ONLY in its original undamaged packaging, please understand that DOXA watches LTD. will only accept a merchandise return if the watch is in its original plastic wrapping, the watch HAS NOT BEEN WORN, the Watch has no Scratches (hair scratches) or Marks on the case or crystal. Please also note that a restocking fee of $50 per piece will apply and that the shipping fee is non-refundable. Please understand that DOXA endorses FedEx shipping with an amount of $40, so the actual shipping costs by FedEx is $85. Please also note that only unused and unworn watches will be accepted for return, any returned watches showing any sign of wear or damage on the case, crystal, bezel or bracelet will be refurbished at the customers expense. The costs of labor and parts will be deducted from the final refund amount.

P.S. We recommend, not wearing a received watch, if it is likely that you are considering a return.

6. Warranty & Repair Policy
Your watch, excluding strap and bracelet, is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects or faults (defective materials or workmanship) for one year from date of original purchase (date of invoice). Repairs usually take between 4 to 6 weeks. Please contact us via email before sending your watch and ask for a RMA number.

So please include the warranty certificate, a letter stating your full name, address, email-address, phone number and provide a description of the defect: do not return the watch in the presentation box, the watch will, at our option, either be repaired or replaced and returned to you.

Defects resulting from accidents, abuse or improper service are not covered by the warranty. If the warranty period has expired or if defects are not covered by the warranty, please understand that we have to charge you for shipping and repair costs.

7. To place your order
The DOXA SUB is exclusively available via our official DOXA website and some selected retail partners. DOXA reserves the right to alter or change any explicitly listed or also unlisted, advertised and non-advertised technical or functional features or specifications of the watches, in order to improve the overall quality of the product, without prior notice. Orders should be submitted via our secure order forms.

8. Shipment and Payment
Please note that the serial number for your DOXA will be registered and confirmed by email upon shipment. Your credit card will be validated / authorized before actual shipping date.

All US orders will ship locally, no shipping costs, no additional fees, no hassle with customs or duties.

Orders from the rest of the world will ship directly from the factory in Switzerland. Please note that custom duties, fees and / or taxes might apply (the amount depends on the customers country of residence and refers to the amount shown on the pro-forma invoice that is enclosed with the watch) – these additional costs are not included in the total amount charged and have to be born by the customer, they will be billed by FedEx, and those are not additional shipping costs.
